Loewen & Partners provides corporate finance services to private and public emerging growth companies seeking private equity financing.

We focus on investment opportunities that offer certain critical characteristics:

  • Management who have been succesful but are now tired and may want fresh talent to help grow the business.
  • Niche markets with high barriers to entry. These barriers may include large assets, strong market share, proprietary technology, brands, equipment and trademarks.
  • A realistic exit strategy; within a four-to-five-year time horizon.
  • Profitability and financial viability of the businesses are important, and
  • A positive EBITDA is often key, but surprisingly, not critical.
