Ms. Chou joined Loewen & Partners in the fall of 2009. As an Associate, she supports deal executions by conducting industry research and financial analysis as well as assisting with marketing and other transaction-related materials. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Queen's School of Business in Kingston, Ontario, where she was placed on the D.I. McLeod Dean's Honour List. Through an international exchange, she has spent a semester abroad at HEC Paris, School of Management. Currently, Winnie is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
